About Yale Resources Ltd.:
Yale Resources is well positioned to become one of the key project generators in Mexico. Yale has taken advantage of its extensive network of contacts to identify and acquire projects of merit. In addition, through its Mexican staff Yale has been able to identify early stage areas for staking. This business model is significant for Yale investors as they get to participate in multiple exploration programs funded by Yales partners. Should there be exploration success Yale benefits by having additional exploration commitments on its projects. The securities owned by Yale should then become more valuable as well adding to the capital of Yale.

The La Verde Project
The La Verde copper-silver-zinc-gold Project is located 45 km northwest of Hermosillo, Sonora State, Mexico and totals 2,940 hectares (29.4 square km) in size.
The property has seen production in at least seven targets and has historical records documenting the property for over 100 years. The most advanced target within the property is the La Verde Grande copper-silver-zinc-gold Mine, which was first in production in the early 1900's.
The property is only one hour from Hermosillo, a city with over 800,000 residents, and is within 2 km of a paved highway as well as the national power grid. In addition there is water available within the property sourced from a well located at the site of the historic production plant.
PROPERTY GEOLOGY
The La Verde property is located at the southern end of a copper-molybdenum porphyry district that trends north into the southwest Arizona. Deposits within this district include Cananea, La Caridad, and El Creston.
Skarn mineralization within the La Verde Grande property consists of a series of structurally controlled bodies and fault/breccia zones. Host rocks are a thick sequence of metamorphosed limestones that are locally intruded by granite and granodiorite porphyries, dykes, and historic records mention mineralized aplite dykes.
The property has the potential to host multiple porphyries. The first, the La Sierrita porphyry, covers approximately four square kilometres of the northern portion of the property. The Company believes that a second, as yet undiscovered porphyry, may exist at depth below the centre of the property and that this second porphyry would be the source for the high grade skarns.
Ian Foreman, P.Geo, is the Qualified Person, according to National Instrument 43-101, for the La Verde Project and is responsible for the technical data mentioned in this news release. All 'Historic Data' is presented for reference only and should not be relied upon as it pre-dates NI 43-101.
All of the samples mentioned in this release were prepared and analyzed by ALS Chemex at their labs in Hermosillo and Vancouver and generally consisted of 2-4 kg of material. Gold analyses were performed by 30 gram fire assay with an AA finish. Silver, copper and zinc were analyzed as part of a multi-element ICP package using an aqua regia digestion; samples with more than 100 g/t silver, 1% copper and/or 1% zinc (over limit) were re-analyzed using ALS Chemex's 'ore grade' detection limits.
The Dos Naciones Project
The Dos Naciones property contains two known areas of historic mining that primarily targeted copper-silver-zinc-gold skarns. The potential for a porphyry-style target within the property is high as these skarn bodies occur on the edge of a regional magnetic anomaly that measures 2 km in diameter that hosts an intrusive body with multiple strongly altered exposures that contain pyrite, local galena and in one area small mines that exploited high grade silver-lead veins.
The Dos Naciones property is 2,391 hectares (or 23.91 square km) in size and was staked by Yale's wholly owned subsidiary Minera Alta Vista and is located approximately 160 km northeast of Hermosillo in the heart of Sonora's porphyry district.
Sampling by Yale has highlighted the high potential of these skarns as 20 of 24 samples (83 %) taken to date have returned grades greater than 0.5 % copper and 9 samples (38 %) returned grades greater than 1.0 % copper. A phase two exploration program will start this week.
The Dos Naciones area is located in the southwestern portion of the property the area contains two known skarn bodies that are separated by approximately 750 metres of intrusive rocks which host several high-grade silver-lead veins.
The eastern skarn forms a hill measuring 200 by 150 metres and is 50 metres high. This hill has several workings around its edges as well as several small open cuts throughout. The western skarn has been traced on surface for 70 metres and averages 12 metres in width. This zone appears to be in contact with the intrusive and thus the depth potential could be significant. The list below shows results from the targets to date:
| Sample | Target | Type | Width (m) | Cu (%) | Au (g/t) | Ag (g/t) |

The La Espa๑ola area is located on the eastern side of the property and is approximately 3.5 km from the Dos Naciones area and, to date, two skarn bodies are known. The southern of the two forms a prominent hill that measures approximately 280 m by 120 m and has a height of at least 70 metres. The northern skarn measures approximately 100 by 50 metres and has been traced over a vertical extent of 30 metres. The relationship between the two skarn bodies and whether they are connected has yet been determined.

The Carol Project
The Carol property consists of six mining claims that cover 758.14 hectares and is located 20 km north of the city of Alamos in the state of Sonora, northern Mexico. The property belongs 100 % to Yale's Mexican subsidiary Minera Alta Vista S.A. de C.V.
The Carol property is approximately 5km north of Frontera Copper Corp.'s Piedras Verdes copper mine that has a reported proven and probable reserve of 191 million tonnes grading 0.36% copper and is currently producing 70 million pounds of grade "A" copper per year. With the proximity of the Piedras Verdes mine, the Carol property has excellent infrastructure and there is road access to the core of the property.
The Carol property hosts two skarn zones: Balde South and Balde North. The Balde South measures approximately 1,100 metres long and 400 metres wide, while the Balde North, located 800 metres away, measures approximately 300 metres by 800 metres. Within the Balde North area a small working (La Escondida) was dug crosscutting a mineralized structure.
2008 trenching program:
The 2008 trenching program has shown the property to contain multiple targets with average grades greater than 1% copper and 1% zinc.
Highlights from the trenching program are:
- 24.0 m grading 1.20 % Cu and 2.24 % Zn
- 10.0 m grading 2.19 % Cu, 1.07 % Zn, 18.26 g/t Ag and 0.91 g/t Au
- 22.0 m grading 1.15 % Cu, 0.61 % Zn, and 28.57 g/t Ag
- 22.0 m grading 0.54 % Cu and 4.45 % Zn
- 16.5 m grading 1.10 % Cu and 2.45 % Zn
The Urique Project
The Urique Project consists of 11 concessions covering 28,880 hectares and is located in the prolific Sierra Madre gold belt of northern Mexico, which has a well known history of gold and silver discovery and production.
Yale may earn up to a 75 % interest in the Urique Project by spending US$ 4.5 million on exploration and property acquisitions and issuing 1.5 million shares to Exmin over a five year term.
About the Region:
Numerous plus-one million ounce gold deposits have been discovered in this 300 km long region of southwestern Chihuahua: including Mulatos (Alamos Gold), Dolores (Minefinders), Ocampo (Gammon Lake), as well as the El Sauzal mine (Glamis Gold). The Urique Project is located immediately north of Glamis's property and approximately 10 km north of the El Sauzal mine and extends 40 kilometers to the north where it borders the Monterde property (Kimber Resources).
The El Sauzal mine entered production in 2004 and was scheduled to produce 170,000 ounces in 2005. As of Dec. 31, 2005, the mine has proven and probable reserves of 15,821,000 tonnes grading 3.29 g/t gold (for a total of 1,673,000 ounces) and measured and indicated resources of 20,529,000 tonnes grading 2.73 g/t gold (for a total of 1,802,000 ounces) [source: www.glamis.com].
About the Property:
The Urique Project covers or surrounds ten mineralized areas with past mining activity. Each of these areas is related to large mineralized hydrothermal systems that have the potential to host bulk mineable resources. The ten areas that have been identified, to date, are briefly described below:
Note: The Company has relied upon historical results from several sources in the evaluation of the Urique Project. As a majority of the results quoted were taken before current QA/QC and sample security protocols were adopted, these results should be considered 'historical' in nature and can only be used as a quantitative guide as to the relative tenor of mineralization and should not be relied upon as to what potential resources exist on the property. All sampling reported by the Consejo de Recursos Minerals (or CRM - now known as the Servicio Geologic Mexicano - or the Mexican Geological Survey) exist in the public domain. Although Yale is confident in these results, a significant aspect of the initial exploration on the property will be to re-sample each area in detail.
