Frank J. Basa, P. Eng., President/CEO
Mr. Basa has 30 years' global experience in mining and development as a professional hydrometallurgical engineer with a focus in milling, gravity concentration, flotation, leaching and refining of precious and base metals. He is a Member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario and a graduate of McGill University.
Roger Thomas, Director
Mr. Thomas has been a Director of the company since 2008 and recently retired after a very successful 30-year career in the investment industry. He's a graduate of Carelton University where he received a B.A. in economics.
Jacques Monette, Director
Mr. Monette has been a Director of the company since 2008. He is Vice-President-Marketing and Director of Landdrill International Ltd. He's a career miner who has been engaged in every facet of underground mining for over 40 years.

On March 11, Gold Bullion announced it has more than doubled the size of its Granada Gold Property land package with the designation of an additional 2,812 hectares with the Quebec Ministry of Natural Resources.
"Gold mineralization appears to be near surface and broad based at Granada, extending into areas that were never drilled by previous operators as confirmed by our recently completed drill program," stated Gold Bullion President/CEO Frank Basa. "This is an exciting land package that we are going to systematically and aggressively explore for a major bulk tonnage, open-pit deposit surrounded by excellent infrastructure."
GENIVAR, Gold Bullion's geological consultant, has completed a preliminary resource block model for the LONG Bars Zone based on 26,000 metres of historical drilling at Granada, underground workings and three test open-pit bulk samples. Data from Gold Bullion's 2,817 metre drill program, which has resulted in a significant discovery in the previously untested northeastern area of the LONG Bars Zone, will be integrated into this block model. The company expects to report on the GENIVAR block model in addition to the 13 remaining holes from the Phase 1 and Phase 2 drilling in the near future.
"The significant historical work at Granada has saved us both time and money," explains Basa. "Combined with our strategic approach and efforts over the last few years, including a successful 30,000 tonne bulk sample in 2007 that graded 1.62 grams per tonne gold, we felt extremely confident when we launched our first-ever drill program at this property three months ago with an immediate goal of defining structure. The results to date are confirming our strong belief that Granada offers excellent potential for a large bulk tonnage, open-pit deposit."
"We are now in a position to fast-track the exploration process at Granada," Basa states. "This will include testing further expansion of the strike length, depth and thickness of this mineralized system which is open in all directions, as well as definition drilling to establish grade. Our objective by year-end is to complete a very large Phase 3 drill program, beginning this spring, and release a preliminary NI-43-101 compliant, inferred gold resource at Granada."
There's an old saying in the mining business - the best place to find a new mine is near an old mine. The Granada Mine, like many others along the "Cadillac Trend" and the rich Abitibi Greenstone Belt, was first brought into production early last century. A mill with a capacity of 181 tonnes per day processed just over50,000 ounces of gold from 1930 until fire destroyed the surface structures in1935. Sporadic activity took place at Granada until the mid-1980's when operator KWG Resources launched a major exploration program. Nearly 500 tightly-spaced holes were drilled at Granada but only over a small footprint around the original mine workings. In 1994, A.C.A. Howe Ltd. gave a non-compliant all-category resource estimate at this quartz-vein mesothermal deposit of 280,000 ounces (pre-NI-43-101 estimate, should not be relied upon).
Lots of new gold bars, get it? After pouring its first gold bar in 2006 at the Granada Mine and conducting a successful large bulk sample in 2007 which produced an average gold grade of 1.62 g/t, Gold Bullion launched its first-ever drill program at Granada in December, 2009. Twenty-five holes were drilled totaling 2,800 meters in two separate phases through December and January, 2010. This drilling confirmed the discovery of an east-northeast extension of the Granada deposit. GR-10-17,approximately 600 meters east of the first three holes that were drilled in December ,has also expanded the growing width of this mineralized structure Gold Bullion is developing which so far stretches just west of the original mine workings all the way to the east-northeast discovery
The company has named this entire large mineralized area the LONG Bars Zone. Gold Bullion's drilling since December, and its land acquisition program, have greatly expanded the potential scale and geometry of Granada beyond what the company first envisioned when it started with the old mine workings in 2006.Shallow depth drilling by Gold Bullion and previous operators has been completed on only a very small portion of this 2-kilometrewide, 7-kilometre long land package that the company is now planning to vigorously explore.
